Problem and Business Value¶

Provide reproducible compatibility, evaluation, transparency, advisory, certification, and revocation evidence across the ecosystem.

This version reduces the operational and governance risk represented by its committed work while preserving local-first operation and human authority.

Personas and Journeys¶

• Individual developer: previews, validates, and adopts the capability locally.
• Platform engineer: configures policy, compatibility, and operational boundaries.
• Security or compliance reviewer: verifies evidence without receiving secrets or source content.
• Maintainer: publishes, supports, migrates, and retires the capability safely.

The primary journey is discover or configure, preview, validate, approve, apply, observe, update, and roll back.

Scope¶

• Compatibility and Evaluation Laboratories: Continuously test providers, hosts, operating systems, packages, prompts, skills, workflows, agents, safety, cost, latency, and reliability.
• Transparency, Advisories, and Revocation: Record publisher identity, signatures, provenance, vulnerabilities, moderation, appeals, certification, expiry, and revocation.

Non-Goals¶

• No composite score may be presented as a security guarantee.
• No certification remains valid after evidence expiry or revocation.

Success Metrics¶

• Compatibility and evaluation fixtures are reproducible.
• Evidence and certification expiry are enforced.
• Revocations propagate within published SLOs.
