Problem and Business Value

Deliver local-first ecosystem intelligence, explainable recommendations, dependency insights, and shared IDE, CLI, dashboard, and cloud-host bridges.

This version reduces the operational and governance risk represented by its committed work while preserving local-first operation and human authority.

Personas and Journeys

  • Individual developer: previews, validates, and adopts the capability locally.
  • Platform engineer: configures policy, compatibility, and operational boundaries.
  • Security or compliance reviewer: verifies evidence without receiving secrets or source content.
  • Maintainer: publishes, supports, migrates, and retires the capability safely.

The primary journey is discover or configure, preview, validate, approve, apply, observe, update, and roll back.

Scope

  • Explainable Ecosystem Intelligence: Recommend packages, updates, removals, deduplication, compatibility fixes, and health remediation using local evidence.
  • Shared Host and IDE Bridges: Expose governed capabilities through VS Code, JetBrains, Cursor, Codex, compatible CLIs, desktop agents, and cloud agents.

Candidates

  • None approved.

Non-Goals

  • No source-content profiling, behavioral advertising, hidden sponsored ranking, or mandatory telemetry.
  • No host bridge may silently discard unsupported semantics.

Success Metrics

  • Recommendations are explainable, dismissible, evidence-dated, and policy-aware.
  • Host translations report native, exact, translated, degraded, manual-adaptation, or unsupported outcomes.
  • Interfaces meet accessibility and privacy targets.
