Release Scorecard Template¶
This is a release-specific extension of the canonical Enterprise Change Readiness Scorecard. Complete and retain the canonical Markdown and JSON records first; this template adds distribution-channel, roadmap, and post-publication evidence without redefining readiness scoring.
This template is mandatory prospectively from v1.3.1. Earlier releases are recorded in the retrospective ledger and must never be retroactively certified using reconstructed evidence.
