Maintainer Guide¶

Triage issues weekly, label severity and subsystem, reproduce defects, protect private reports, and require tests/documentation for fixes. Merge only after CI and governance gates pass. Releases require version reconciliation, changelog/release notes, dependency/security review, package inspection, installation/upgrade/rollback smoke tests, cross-platform CI, and explicit publication approval.
